To register for OWL, follow these instructions:
1. go to the registration
site (not quite the same as above)
2. in the box labelled Register a Product (on the
right), enter this code (this is the "course code"):
E-X7FG5U8X3KXNQ
3. enter your personal information; please use your
"official" name (i.e. your name as it appears on your
transcript) - if you don't, I might mis-record your grade
4. you will eventually have to enter a purchase key -
there are three ways to obtain this:
- buy the print
textbook from the bookstore, key is enclosed
- buy the digital
textbook from the bookstore, key is enclosed (you'll have to
ask at the checkout for this, they aren't on the shelf)
- order a key
(includes the digital text) when prompted
NOTE: the digital text is online, you cannot download it,
therefore you will have to access the book with a device
(iPad, Android, or laptop). There are functions for
highlighting, adding notes, etc. on the digital text.
You will have access to that text for 24 months.
